One Year Since a Crazy Idea Was Born
It all started 12 months ago, one night when Phillip Britt had a crazy idea - what if we could bring fast, reliable fibre internet to the rural communities that everyone else seemed to forget? 
Fast forward one year, and that spark has grown into Rural Fibre Co; a hardworking team of 25 staff, 25+ kilometres of fibre in the ground, and our first few of many houses are now starting to experience the speeds they deserve. 
Last week, we got the whole team together to celebrate how far weโve come. A moment to look back on the long days, muddy boots, and big wins that have made the journey so special. 
A massive thank you to our incredible crew and the supportive community that have backed us from day one and pushed through the works to help us deliver our network!
Having only started construction just over 6 months ago, weโre only ramping up and canโt wait for customers to begin connecting later this year through our retail telco Splice Internet.
