This week, we hit pause on the plowing and took time to work on the business, not just in it.
From Monday to Wednesday, the entire Rural Fibre Co team stepped away from the field and into a full-team retreat, digging deep into what drives us, the roadblocks we’re facing, and the unique values that make us, us. We explored our vision, challenged our thinking, and aligned on the future we’re building for Gippsland and beyond.
It’s been a powerful reset and recharge. We’re walking out with shared clarity, renewed momentum, and a stronger foundation for the epic build ahead 💪
